Your Story Changes Everything

If someone asked, “Why should I trust you?” what would you say?

You could say you value honesty, but who doesn’t value honesty?

You could say your clients trust you, but who are those people? What’s their criteria for trust?

The best way to answer a question about trust is to tell a story about yourself and your values. A story that showcases who you are as a person.

That’s how people know they can trust you.

But what can you say about yourself? How do you know which parts of your life are interesting? Is it OK to be funny? Should you be vulnerable? Chris’s humorous, heartfelt talk teaches people how to share meaningfully with clients, customers, colleagues, and peers.

Key audience take-aways:

  • How to identify stories that illustrate your values and help people recognize they share your values

  • How to tell a good story about yourself, including humour and (*gulp*) vulnerability

  • How to find opportunities to share your story (from conversations to keynotes)

What you can expect if we work together:

  • Prep-calls and our own research to learn how we can best serve your audience

  • Prompt sharing of our simple engagement agreement, travel arrangements, and other logistics, so you aren’t waiting on us for important details

  • Timely responses to your emails and calls (max 24-hours)
